We have been busy this winter and are excited to share with you what we have been working on at La Playa.
Construction of the road leading from the main entrance to the beachfront lots is now complete. All utilities — electricity, water, and internet — have been installed underground and brought directly to every homesite, keeping the landscape visually clean and uninterrupted.
Work is also underway at the front entrance. Beautiful stone masonry walls now welcome you upon arrival, and we are in the process of installing the main gate, crafted from local hardwoods.
Landscaping has begun along the roadway islands and the beach path, using a palette of native trees, shrubs, and flowering plants.
Construction of the beach bathroom is underway, and work has also begun on a yoga deck set within the coconut grove.
We are excited to present our first home prototype at La Playa: a two-bedroom residence with an optional guest bungalow. This home plan is now available and serves as an example of what can be built at La Playa in accordance with the community’s architectural guidelines and approved palette of materials and colors. We are also developing a one-story home prototype, which will be ready to share later this month.
Of course, custom design remains one of the integral services at La Playa. For some, however, the ease of choosing from a small number of thoughtfully designed plans offers a simpler path to building.

Defined by functionality. One king-size bed, double bunk beds, a generous terrace with kitchen, light, and sea air.
As for sales, 25% of the homesites have been sold within the first year of launching the project. We are enjoying the energy of high season, meeting new faces, and welcoming future neighbors.
